Before You Book
Please take a moment to review our requirements before making a booking:
VACCINATIONS – Is your dog up to date on their yearly vaccination boosters? We require all dogs to have a current vaccination certificate for their own health and safety.
KENNEL COUGH – While the kennel cough vaccination is not a legal requirement, it is strongly recommended. Please consult with your vet regarding whether this vaccination is suitable for your dog. There is an incubation period of 3 weeks, please ensure that the vaccination is given well in advance so they are able to stay.
DOG SIZE – How big is your dog? Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate extra large dog breeds due to space limitations.
BREED RESTRICTIONS – For insurance reasons, we do not accept the following breeds:
-
XL bully type
-
Pitbull Terrier
We do not accept any breed listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
REACTIVE DOGS – We are unable to accept reactive dogs, as our kennels are designed to be social environments. We do not have private areas, and each dog will need to face and pass by others during their stay. For the safety and comfort of our family and guests, we require all our dogs to be well-socialised.

If you have any questions or need clarification on any of our requirements, don’t hesitate to get in touch, again we are here to ensure your dog has a safe and enjoyable stay.
New Customers

To ensure every pup settles in comfortably and to give you the opportunity to meet us in person, we require all new customers to attend a Meet & Greet session with in 2 weeks of making a booking.

During the Meet & Greet, we kindly ask you wear your dog walking shoes, as we’ll spend some time showing you around our facilities and getting to know you and your pup better. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss your dog’s individual needs and preferences. If we feel that your dog would benefit from a trail stay, we will recommend booking a Sleepover to help ensure they’re happy and settled before their main stay.

At the Meet & Greet, a £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking dates. You will also receive a Welcome Pack containing all the necessary 2025 paperwork and additional information to prepare for your dog’s stay.
